I'm Michaela, a Health & Wellbeing coach and all-round lover of mindful living. It's my goal to empower as many people as possible to find the joy in their lives by simply taking care of themselves and listening to their inner wisdom.
I work with individuals who wish to learn, understand and implement mindful living into their daily lives to develop a grounded and peaceful relationship with themselves. I encourage you to use mindfulness as a tool for creating a rocking life full of joy, fun, glowing health, radiant energy, and a happiness that springs from within. You will SHINE.
My philosophy is that through mindful living, we can better connect with ourselves and understand our own unique needs. When I'm not coaching and sharing my love of life on the blog, you'll probably find me hunting for recipes on Pinterest, cooking something delicious, crocheting, prepping my overnight oats and talking to anyone who'll listen about all things health and fitness. I love trying and learning new things, and I'm always reflecting on life in a philosophical but grounded way. I so look forward to getting to know you, too!
